Where it's needed most
The most useful gift you can make. Unrestricted giving lets the board respond to what a guide actually needs this month rather than what we predicted last summer.

The PTO has no paid staff, so there is no salary line between your gift and the classroom. Choose a fund below, or give where it is needed most.
The Anchored School PTO is a 501(c)(3) public charity, EIN 42-3747658. Gifts are tax-deductible under Section 170 to the extent allowed by law, and we send a written acknowledgment for every gift.
Our donation forms are hosted on Zeffy, a secure payment platform for nonprofits. Zeffy charges the PTO no platform fee, so the full amount of your gift reaches the organization.

This is the most commonly missed free money in school fundraising. Many large employers match an employee's charitable gift dollar for dollar, and many pay a separate grant based on volunteer hours. A $100 gift can become $200 for the cost of a five-minute form.
Your employer's matching portal will ask for our legal name, The Anchored School PTO; our EIN, 42-3747658; and our address, 4400 S Coit Rd, Prosper, TX 75078-3876. If they need anything else — a determination letter or a signature on a verification form — email info@anchoredschoolpto.org and we will turn it around as quickly as we can.
Printing, supplies, food for events, professional services, auction items, plants and soil for the greenhouse. In-kind gifts reduce what we have to raise and they count as community support in grant applications. We will send you a written acknowledgment describing what you gave; IRS rules leave the valuation of a non-cash gift to the donor, so we describe the item and let you and your tax advisor set the number.
If you own or work for a local business, sponsorship is a different conversation with different recognition attached. It is one of our key fundraising priorities this year. See sponsorship options.
You get a written acknowledgment, usually within two days, with the language the IRS requires for you to substantiate a gift of $250 or more. Later in the year you get an update showing what your gift actually bought — a photograph, a number, a note from a child when we have permission to share one.
Restricted gifts are tracked separately from general funds and spent against the budget they were given for. Our controls and documents are listed on the accountability page.
