Who handles what
Every message goes to the same inbox, but telling us which of these you need gets you a faster answer.
- Giving and receipts — acknowledgment letters, restricted gifts, employer matching forms, and anything your workplace portal needs from us.
- Volunteering — where to help, how to log hours, and photo consent. The volunteer form is quicker than an email.
- Business sponsorship — levels, recognition, in-kind partnership, and the paperwork your accounts payable team needs. See partner with us.
- Grants and foundations — determination letter, bylaws, board list, and any verification a funder requires.
- Corrections — if something on this site is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
What we can't help with
The PTO is a separate organization from The Anchored School. Admissions, enrollment, tuition, curriculum, attendance, and anything about your child's day are the school's, not ours. For school information, visit theanchoredschooltx.org. We will point you in the right direction if you write to us by mistake.
